Printer Settings (No Scaling)
When you click print, you must ensure that 'Fit to Page' or 'Scale to Fit' is turned OFF. The image must print at 100% scale. If your printer shrinks the image by even 5% to fit margins, the resulting head size will be mathematically non-compliant.
